What we do

Eight services, three kinds of business

Every one of these has a price on the pricing page. Most are included in a monthly package rather than billed as an extra.

We publish our prices. Almost nobody does.

We checked all 26 bookkeeping and accounting firms in the East Valley. Twenty-one of them will not tell you what they charge until you have sat through a discovery call.

Ours are on the site, with a column showing what is not included.

Construction from $1,000/mo
Real estate from $550/mo
General business from $450/mo

Why it is different here

Three commitments most firms will not make

01

A close date, not "monthly"

Your books are closed by the 20th, the 15th or the 10th of the following month, and the date is in the engagement letter. Ask any firm you talk to for their number.

02

Published prices

Nine packages with every price listed, scoped on the thing that drives the work: active jobs for contractors, doors and entities for investors.

03

A published exclusion list

We state what is not included before you sign, not after. A fixed fee only works when both sides know where it stops.

One we will not budge on. We never take signing authority on your bank accounts. We prepare bills and route them for your approval. Anyone who wants that access should worry you.

The scoping call

Bring five numbers. Thirty minutes.

That is the entire conversation. It tells us which package fits and roughly what cleanup would cost if your books are behind. No pitch, and no quote off a guess: we look at your actual file first.

01

Active jobs, or doors

How many projects you are running at once, or how many units you hold.

02

Transactions per month

Roughly. A bank statement page count is close enough.

03

Bank and card accounts

Everything that needs reconciling, including the card you forget about.

04

Entities you run

Each LLC or corporation is its own set of books.

05

Employees and subs

W2 headcount and how many 1099s you issue in a year.

Then we quote

In writing, with every limit stated.
