Everything we do, and what each one costs

Most firms list services without prices. Every service below states who it is for and what it costs, and links to the package it belongs to.

Core accounting

Included in every package we sell, at every tier.

Included from $450/mo

Bookkeeping & Reconciliation

Monthly bookkeeping and bank and credit card reconciliation in QuickBooks Online. Transaction coding to a chart of accounts built for your industry, not a generic one. Books closed and delivered by a date in your engagement letter.

For: any business that needs its books current and accurate without hiring for it
Included from $450/mo

Financial Reporting

Profit and loss, balance sheet and statement of cash flows every month. KPI scorecards, budget versus actual, and 13-week rolling cash flow at the advisory tiers. Bank, lender and bonding packages when you need to prove the numbers to somebody else.

For: owners making decisions on last month's numbers instead of last quarter's
Included from $2,000/mo

Accounts Payable & Receivable

For: businesses where invoicing slips because the owner is on a job site
$1,650 to $3,750/mo

Fractional CFO Advisory

Strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting. Bonding and surety package preparation, 13-week cash flow, lender packages, and a quarterly report that tells you which of your estimating assumptions were wrong and by how much.

For: owners chasing a bonding limit, a credit line, or an exit

Construction specialties

The work that separates a construction accountant from a bookkeeper who has a contractor as a client.

$1,000 to $3,750/mo

Construction Accounting

Job costing by cost code, WIP schedules on percentage of completion, over and under billings, retainage receivable and payable, change order margin impact, and Buildertrend, JobTread or Procore integration.

What we do not do. Audits, reviews or compilations. Legal advice or contract review. Signing authority on your accounts. Business valuation. Forensic accounting. Contingency fees on ERC or amended returns, which Circular 230 prohibits. The full list is published on the pricing page, before you sign rather than after.

We publish our prices. Almost nobody does.

We checked all 26 bookkeeping and accounting firms in the East Valley. Twenty-one of them will not tell you what they charge until you have sat through a discovery call.

Ours are on the site, with a column showing what is not included.
