Packages and pricing
Financial clarity for businesses that build.
What we charge, and exactly what you get for it
Most accounting firms will not put a price in writing. Twenty-one of the twenty-six bookkeeping firms in the East Valley publish nothing at all, which means you cannot compare them without sitting through a sales call first. Here is ours. Nine packages, every price stated, and a column showing what is not included so there are no surprises after you sign.
General contractors, remodelers, homebuilders and specialty trades. Scoped on active jobs first and transactions second, because job volume drives the work more than revenue does. A contractor running eleven jobs at $900,000 is more work than one running three jobs at $3,000,000.
Job Cost Core
Owner-operators and small crews running four or fewer jobs at a time. Typically under $1M in annual revenue.
Cleanup quoted separately
Contractor Controller
Contractors with a field crew, real backlog, and a bank or GC asking for a WIP schedule. Typically $1M to $5M.
Cleanup quoted separately
Construction CFO
Multi-crew contractors chasing a bonding limit, a credit line, or an exit. Typically $5M and up.

Service businesses, retail, restaurants and professional practices. For businesses outside the two niches. Deliberately priced above the discount bookkeepers and deliberately narrower in scope than the niche packages.
Books Current
Owner-operators who need clean, timely books and an Arizona TPT return filed on time. No payroll, or payroll they run themselves.
Cleanup quoted separately
Books and Payroll
Businesses with a team on payroll who want the whole back office in one place.
Cleanup quoted separately
Controller Advisory
Owners who have outgrown a bookkeeper and need someone reading the numbers back to them every month.

How an engagement starts
| 1. Scoping call | Thirty minutes. We count your active jobs or doors, your transaction volume, your entities and your accounts. That determines the tier. No guesswork, no pressure. |
| 2. Books review | We look at your current file before quoting anything. Cleanup and catch-up are priced separately from onboarding, based on how many months are behind. |
| 3. Written proposal | Tier, monthly fee, onboarding fee, cleanup scope if any, and the add-ons you selected. Every limit in writing. |
| 4. Engagement letter | Month to month, 30 days notice either way. Onboarding fee due at signing. |
| 5. Quarterly scope review | We check your actual volume against your package every quarter and tell you if you have outgrown it. You will never find out through a surprise invoice. |
Bring five numbers to the first call
Active jobs or doors. Transactions per month. Bank and card accounts. Entities. Employees and subcontractors. That is the entire scoping conversation, and thirty minutes is enough to tell you which package fits.
